This website has been created to share NewBridge Development's projects, stories and successes.  We are leading the way for progress in the inner-city, turning vacant and distressed properties into something the community will be proud of and will be useful for many years to come.  As well, our goal is to fill the gaps that exist in under served communities with regard to quality retail, family friendly restaurants and living wage employment.  We hope our projects continue to provide sustainable employment for the residents within underserved communities, as well as others from different communities.  There is significant opportunity to provide sustainable economic development in urban areas.
